Change of Developer

Many a times we come across cases where the developer who had initially started the project wishes to hand over this work to another developer due to some unfortunate circumstances or change of interest , or the stakeholders in a project wish to change their developer if he has not been able to complete the project on time as mentioned in the agreement or this can be due to a number of factors.
