Renewal of Certificate

Rera act 2016, has stated a mandatory renewal of the real estate agents certificate every 5 years.

This is a mandatory process as stated by the authority, renewal charges levied by the MAHARera authority for agents registration as an individual is Rs 10,000 and 1 lakh for proprietor or proprietorship firm, partnership firm, societies, private limited/ limited company, LLP etc.
