Project Registration

Project registering is the first and mandatory process for the initiation of advertisement or sales for units in any real estate project.

Project registering under maharera can be initiated only after receiving the commencement certificate I.e. (CC) from the competent authority.

All you need to do is provide us the initial set of documents ( list of documents shall be provided by us ) which are mandatory for the initiation of the process and leave the rest of your work on us.

Any query pertaining to the list of documents will be resolved by our team.

Once we receive the initial set of documents from your end we will begin your registration process and give end to end service until your certificate has been received.
