Quarterly Compliance

Once the project has been registered developers are expected to provide information about the status of their project to maharera every quarterly i.e ( 90 days) until the completion of the project as stated under section 11 of maharera. MAHARERA have issued a circular dated 28/7/2021 Order No. 18/2021 Specifying regarding the Quarterly updates and the penalty procedures in case of non- compliance.

Developers are expected to give inform about construction status, cost incurred, sold inventory, updating the estimated cost , latest approvals granted to the project so on and so forth.

All the following aspects are updated on the rera website which are accessible to both developers and buyers, this is to create transparency among the stake holders in the project and to keep timely updates about the status of the project.
